I wish I could scream from the top of a mountain for the whole valley to hear this "Rodney you are the best Realtor in the whole world !!!!".  I mean wow how many houses did we look at, and you found us just the right one to start our new life in. The house is perfect and I truly believe that if I was working with anyone else they would have had a nerves breakdown with me as their client. I wanted to recognize and send appreciation to Rodney Faria for his efforts in making our real estate transaction as pleasant and easy as possible. Having been through this process several times I certainly understand the many moving parts to purchasing real estate and all of the inconveniences that a buyer can expect along the way. From the very beginning, Rodney was extremely helpful in meeting our schedule to look at potential properties to buy-that’s the: meet expectations” part. Once we put in our offer and the real work began, Rodney went out of his way to make sure we were informed about where we were in the timeline, what options we had, follow ups with the sellers’ agent and most of all being available to take calls and answer questions.

Since we were purchasing this property from a distance and not be able to be onsite as much as we’d like to be, Rodney was able to be our :eyes” as he offered to check on the property during the process. He kept us informed to what he saw and allowed us to make the appropriate decisions.

Less than four weeks from when we started the buying process we have closed the transaction and have taken possession of our new townhouse. As mentioned previously, it was a smooth process with no surprises and overall a relatively east thing for us. For these reasons I’d like to pass along my kudos to Rodney.
